recently had the pleasure of staying at a truly amazing hotel, and I cannot emphasize enough how fantastic my experience was From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and valued. One particular staff member, Mohammed Rababaa, went above and beyond to ensure my stay was exceptional. The hotel itself was outstanding The design was beautiful, both inside and out, and the rooms were comfortable and well-maintained But what truly made my stay unforgettable was the exceptional service provided by Mohammed Rababaa.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Location a bit far from Downtown Amman to be able to comfortably walk but lots of taxi's to flag down amidst the constant stream.of traffic.

The Gerasa absolutely Exceptional! What a destination. Honestly the service the cleanliness the staff absolutely everything was perfect. they made feel very comfortable I arrived late I was checked in in approximately three minutes really amazing would definitely come back thank you from Hamid
