recently had the pleasure of staying at a truly amazing hotel, and I cannot emphasize enough how fantastic my experience was From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and valued. One particular staff member, Mohammed Rababaa, went above and beyond to ensure my stay was exceptional. The hotel itself was outstanding The design was beautiful, both inside and out, and the rooms were comfortable and well-maintained But what truly made my stay unforgettable was the exceptional service provided by Mohammed Rababaa.

The location of the hotel nearby the university is really good. also, there is a nearby pharmacy, restaurants, and small markets. easy to find a taxi as well. Mr. Nader's reception and service were more than excellent and superb. He is very friendly and cooperative. I liked the hotel more after meeting him. Thank you so much

breakfast was limited and did not include everything as expected. also same foods everyday In addition, wedding parties with loud music and drums were a kind of annoyance for guest seeking a quiet place. once we couldn't enter the hotel because of the party in the reception area, a wrong place.

The Gerasa absolutely Exceptional! What a destination. Honestly the service the cleanliness the staff absolutely everything was perfect. they made feel very comfortable I arrived late I was checked in in approximately three minutes really amazing would definitely come back thank you from Hamid

Polite, friendly, and very helpful staff. Excellent breakfast with a great variety of local and international food. Very clean and comfortable rooms and facilities.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Location a bit far from Downtown Amman to be able to comfortably walk but lots of taxi's to flag down amidst the constant stream.of traffic.

The staff love their job and it shows, especially the chef; I would usually skip breakfast on an average day but his dishes made me reconsider and I'm glad that I did, and as for the location its hands down one of the best; has a BRT line, an area full of bustling activity and a way to the heart of amman.
